Seriously though. Comfort is your enemy. 30 day challenges are the best way to break out of your comfort zone and try new shit.


I'm done being a comfortable loser:

Challenge 1: Exercise Every Day

Work out every single day for 30 days. Don't skip a single day or come up with bullshit rationalizations like not having enough time. It's a lie and you know it. Make time to work every day even if it is just for 5 min.

Challenge 2: Meditate For 30 Days

The benefits of meditation are numerous:
-Increased activity in the prefrontal cortex (the part of your brain that is responsible for willpower and stops you from doing stupid things)
-decreased risk of heart attack
-decreased anxiety

Challenge 3: 1h of Offline Time Every day

Commit to going offline for at least 1h every day. Turn your phone off and don't distract yourself for 60 min every day. 1h doesn't sound like a lot but it's a starting point 😉
